1. General Terms

By accessing and using the KitchenCraft+ website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our services.

2. Service Description

KitchenCraft+ provides kitchen delivery and professional assembly services. We offer various kitchen designs and configurations that can be customized to your needs. All products are subject to availability.

3. Ordering Process

When you place an order with KitchenCraft+, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure the delivery address is accessible and prepared for installation
• Be available during the agreed delivery window
• Pay the agreed amount as per the invoice

4. Delivery & Installation

We strive to deliver and install your kitchen on the agreed date. However, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. KitchenCraft+ is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Prior to installation, you must ensure:

• The space is cleared and ready for installation
• All utilities (water, electricity) are properly installed and functioning
• Any existing cabinetry or appliances to be removed are cleared

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required at time of order
• Remaining 50% due upon completion of installation
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placement for a full refund. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. For cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled delivery, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value will apply.

7. Warranty

KitchenCraft+ provides a 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship against defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be made in writing within 30 days of discovery.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KitchenCraft+ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
