Delivery & Installation

Our company provides professional delivery and installation of kitchen units across all service areas. We guarantee careful transportation with specialized packaging to prevent any damage. Installation is performed by certified technicians with 5+ years of experience using precision laser leveling equipment.

Standard delivery timeframe: 7-14 business days after order confirmation. Express 3-day delivery available for 25% surcharge. All installations include 37-point quality checklist completion with customer sign-off. We remove all packaging materials after completion.

Material Specifications

Premium materials used in all our products: FSC-certified solid oak (minimum 18 month air-dried), tempered glass (6-8mm thickness), stainless steel hardware (304 grade). All surfaces treated with 7-layer water-based lacquer (certified VOC-free) with ceramic nano-coating for scratch resistance (8H pencil hardness rating).

Material warranties: 15 years for cabinet frames, 10 years for surfaces, 5 years for mechanical components. Full technical specifications available upon request through our customer portal.

Service radius: 50 miles from each metropolitan center. Extended coverage available for projects exceeding $25,000 with travel fee calculation based on zip code. International shipping available for select product lines - contact export department for CFR/FOB terms.

Quality Standards

All manufacturing processes comply with: ANSI/KCMA A161.1-2017 performance standards, CARB Phase 2 formaldehyde regulations, CPSC safety requirements, and ADA accessibility guidelines. Our facilities maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification with bi-annual audits by Intertek Group.

Each kitchen undergoes 147 quality control checks including: dimensional accuracy (±0.5mm tolerance), load testing (200lbs per linear foot), humidity resistance (95% RH at 100°F for 72 hours), and 50,000 cycle hinge/drawer testing.

Payment Terms

Standard payment structure: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 60% prior to delivery, 10% balance after installation completion. We accept all major credit cards (2.9% processing fee), wire transfers ($35 flat fee), certified checks, and financing through Synchrony Bank (6-60 month terms available, subject to credit approval).

Commercial accounts: Net 30 terms available for registered businesses with $250,000+ annual purchase volume. Tax exemption certificates must be submitted before order processing. Volume discounts apply at $50K, $100K, and $250K thresholds.

Sustainability

Environmental initiatives: 92% of materials sourced from certified sustainable suppliers, 87% manufacturing waste recycled through closed-loop systems, solar panels provide 65% of facility energy needs. We plant 10 trees for every kitchen sold through Arbor Day Foundation partnership.
